How do I download the products?
After purchasing, you will be given a link either right away or in the email confirmation depending on which product you bought. All you need to view the product is click the file link to open it up with a PDF reader (most computers already have one installed).
How do I print the products?
Download the product and save the file on your computer for easy access in the future. The files can be printed at home, at a local print shop, or by an online printer. Examples: Staples, Office Max, Amazon, Snapfish, etc. Print on card stock or regular paper. Print one-side or double-sided. Once printed, you can bind your book by using a 3-hole punch and binder, or you can spiral or coil bind either at home or through your local office supply shop (like Staples). How should I store the products?
I recommend keeping the file on your computer or thumb drive for safe keeping. You can also save the email receipt should anything happen to the file and you need to ask me to resend it to you. Contact me at audrey@ourdaysoutside.com if you have any questions!
Can I share the downloads with my friends?
Please feel free to post photos of you using the products on social media or directly with friends but do not share the download/file with them. Please direct people to my website so that they can purchase the product themselves. We work hard making these products! Please consider supporting our family and the work we are doing here on Our Days Outside.
What is your refund policy?
Please email me at audrey@ourdaysoutside.com if you have any issues, questions, or problems with your purchase. 100% money back guarantee if you are unhappy with the product. Must send the refund request within 3 days of the purchase.
